About Darlene

Darlene is an optimistic soul who believes most situations can be improved with chocolate and a hug. She and her husband have raised four of the most wonderful children EVER! She is the proud grandmother of 1, and has been married to her forever-soul mate for over 33 years, not long enough.

Training: Upon completing her Health Coach training program through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, (NYC) Darlene received her board certification through the AADP. She furthered her education by enrolling in the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. (Austin TX) While there, she was trained in Macrobiotic, Ayurvedic, Vegan, Vegetarian, Raw and Living foods. She completed her training by working with Rip Esselstyn and ‘Engine 2’. Darlene is also a certified Food For Life Instructor for the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine under the direction of Dr. Neil Barnard. She is currently working on getting certified through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy to further help her clients.

Clients have loved tasting and learning their way to better health through working with Darlene.

We love helping people to feel happy and healthy through delicious food and lifestyle changes. We are board certified Holistic Health Coaches and professionally trained Health Supportive Chefs so we could do just that! We work with clients in groups as well as one-on-one coaching, teach cooking classes, health workshops and seminars, and we’re always developing new recipes for our family and clients. About Lacie

Lacie is happy, loving and fun to be around. When she was younger, she had two kidney transplants. She is no stranger to bad health and hospitals. Through nutrition and exercise she has transformed her own life. She is now healthier than most people her age.
She believes that you don’t have to feel sick, tired or hormonal all the time. You can have energy and be healthy and happy! There is hope!
